Ordering Instructions

A. Stevie Ray Vaughan: Day By Day, Night After Night book:

Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) are accepted for the new book through Paypal (no echeck payments please). Use the convenient "Buy Now" button below to order your copy of the book. Provided you have a credit card, you do not have to have a Paypal account to use this handy ordering tool. All books are signed by the author. During the first two weeks of July I will be filling over 800 advance orders. New orders will be filled as soon as I catch up. USA buyers should expect delivery by  late July 2008 (overseas delivery in early August). Once I get caught up in mid-July, orders will usually be filled within two business days.

Before you order make sure your Paypal name and shipping address is current because that's where your order is going.

You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card through Paypal; log in as a "guest."
Due to the weight of the package (5 lbs), shipping materials cost and fees, shipping and handling is as follows: USA $12; Canada $27.50; Elsewhere $42. 
There is no additional shipping charge for a second book when ordering two books at one time. The Paypal checkout will calculate shipping/handling for you based on up to two books per box.
Sales tax is added to orders from Texas residents. 
There is a limit of 10 books per order using the "Buy Now" button above. For more than ten copies, email me for a shipping total.
After you order you should get a confirmation page in your browser. If you don't, or if you are unsure, just log in to your Paypal account or your credit card billing to see whether the order went through. If you can't get it to work, there is nothing I can do. See alternate payment options below.

Other payment methods (not preferred):
USA: US money order or cashier's check payable to Craig Hopkins; or US cash in registered mail. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Outside the USA: US cash in registered mail; Western Union; MoneyGram

B. Ordering items other than the book: 

There is no "order form" because the variety of package destinations, sizes and weights make it impossible to display shipping rates, and because availability of most items can change in minutes. Except for ordering the new book (see above), email me to reserve items and for shipping charges. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax. Include the following in your email:
1. list of items you want
2. where the items will be shipped (state or country)
3. how you will be paying (cash/money order/Paypal)
4. Whether you want to buy insurance. Once the package is mailed, the risk is yours unless you buy insurance.
