Ordering Instructions A. Stevie Ray Vaughan: Day By Day, Night After Night book: Anyone can use Paypal to pay with a major credit card (no "echeck" payments please). All books are signed by the author. Orders are usually filled within two business days. The book is in stock. Please do not email me to ask if it is still available! Postal insurance is optional. The books are wrapped with 1/2" bubble wrap and mailed in USPS Priority Mail boxes. From over 1500 books shipped there have been 3 or 4 reports of cover corners which were slightly bent or "pushed." A word about insurance: you are only insuring against significant damage. I am sorry but the post office will not pay claims for slightly bent corners, particularly when handled by foreign postal services. Due to the weight (5 lbs), materials cost and fees, shipping and handling is as follows: USA $12; Canada $30; Elsewhere $44.  There is no additional shipping charge for a second book when ordering two books at one time. Sales tax is automatically added to orders from Texas residents.  After you order you should get a confirmation page in your browser. If you don't, or if you are unsure, just log in to your Paypal account or your credit card billing to see whether the order went through. If you can't get it to work please see the alternate payment options below. Before you order make sure your Paypal name and shipping address is current because that's where your order is going. 1. Select an option below and then click Buy Now for easy ordering.  2. On the next screen enter the number of books and click "calculate total". 3. Enter USA ZIP code or choose your country. 4. Follow the prompts to complete payment either with or without a Paypal account. RETURNS: Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. If you are in the USA and your book is damaged and you purchased insurance, return the book to me with the original packaging just as it arrived to you. If you are outside the USA, return the book and packaging to your local post office to file a claim for damages - do not return it to me.

B. Ordering Other than the Book: 

There is no "order form" because the variety of package destinations, sizes and weights make it impossible to display shipping rates, and because availability of most items can change in minutes. Except for ordering the new book (see above), email me to reserve items and for shipping charges. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax. Include the following in your email:
1. list of items you want
2. where the items will be shipped (state or country)
3. Whether you want to buy insurance. Once the package is mailed, the risk is yours unless you buy insurance.
